An offer is when you are working on your delivery run and you will be offered a delivery order via your 10bis courier app, which you can choose to accept or decline. The offer will include everything you need to know, where the order is coming from, what the distance is and of course what the payment is for that delivery. In this article we give a run through of everything you need to know about delivery offers. 

Matching Offers:

Offers are matched to you in the courier app based on the estimated delivery time, distance, and your acceptance rate. Stay in your zone, keep a high acceptance rate, and hang in hotspot areas for speedy matches.

Accepting Offers:

When you’re on the road, offers will pop up. You’ll see details like partner, customer, payment, distance, and your acceptance rate. To accept an offer, long press ‘Accept’ within a minute of the offer being presented to you or it goes to someone else.

Stay Active:

Keep the app open to make sure you get opportunities. Keep it awake by toggling ‘Keep Screen Awake’ in Profile > Options > App Settings > Accessibility.

Declining Offers:

As a 10bis independent courier it’s your choice. If you want to decline an offer you can do so by tapping decline or waiting for the timer to run out.

Pause Offers:

Need to pause on the run? Hit the three dots, ‘Pause Offers,’ and tap to pause. Paused over 30 mins? You’re auto-checked out, but you can check back in any time.

Check Orders:

Before leaving the partner, double-check that order number. 

End Your Run:

Ready to wrap up? Long tap the three dots, ‘End run.’ Need to end after accepting? Chat with us via the live chat function in your courier app to unmatch.
