Changing my delivery zone

When you join the 10bis Network, you choose where you deliver by picking your preferred zones. These zones are busy pockets in a town or city, full of restaurants, shops and customers, ready to keep you moving. You select your chosen zone at the time of your application. 

To get offers, start your run in your chosen zone. Your zone location is available to see in the Courier App.

Adding and Removing Zones:

You can update your zones, but only if we need more couriers in the zone you wish to change to. Head to the Availability tab on the Scheduling screen. Tap Settings and Update Delivery Zones. Add or remove by tapping available or highlighted zones. If no zones pop up, it means we’re not seeking more couriers in that zone right now. Keep an eye out, new ones might pop up occasionally.

Picking Your Preferred Zone:

If you have more than one zone on your profile, you can get scheduled in any. To limit, hit Availability, then Settings. Edit your Scheduling Preferences.

Go to the Availability tab on the Scheduling screen in the App. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner, and edit your Scheduling Preferences.

Please only apply in the delivery zone you wish to work in. Do not apply to deliver in a zone which is open for new couriers to apply if your preferred zone is closed. We are not able to transfer you to a new zone.
