If you want to change your set of wheels then we’ll need some information from you. It’s really important that we have the correct vehicle account for you so we can give you the right delivery offers (cars can go longer distances than bikes for example). To change your account type from bicycle to a vehicle, or vice versa, we require the following information/documentation:

From Bike to Car
Ready to roll with four wheels? We need to see your valid driver’s license (front and back). The thermal courier backpack that you used on your bike can still be used in your vehicle.
From Car to Bike
Switching to two wheels? No problem, all you need is your thermal backpack and you are good to go.
Keep Your Info Up to Date
To update your documents you’ll need to supply the above information to our courier support team. You can reach them via our ticket system or via the offline chat feature in your courier app.
