Just so you know, any scheduled runs coming up within 24 hours of the missed one will be taken out of your schedule (you can view this by checking in the My Schedule section of the app). You may be offered the chance to deliver age-restricted items, such as alcohol. For age restricted items we have a legal obligation to ensure these items are delivered correctly and safely. Delivering with 10bis means you’ll make money for each delivery. The courier app will send you delivery ‘offers,’ which you can decide to accept or reject.

Absolutely! Our freelance couriers also receive a high-quality gear kit from us – including a thermal delivery bag, a shirt, and a rain jacket – all free of charge, with no deposit required. Later on, you can order additional gear if needed, such as jackets, shirts, bottles, and thermal bags to keep food fresh. Worth noting: using 10Bis branded gear is not mandatory. If you already have your own equipment, you're welcome to use it – as long as it's in good condition and meets our safety and appearance standards.

You can submit your availibitiy every week in order to get scheduled runs. This is to help make sure we can keep you busy with a good amount of orders. We also offer “open runs”, where you can start delivering straight away.

Please only apply in the zone you wish to deliver in. If your preferred zone is closed, we’re not able to transfer your account.

Yes you can! If you deliver for 10bis, you are your own boss. You can deliver for other companies, accept or decline orders and set your own hours. The flexibility is yours.

We’ll notify you about a week in advance before courier activity begins in your area. Additionally, we’ll send you a reminder on the exciting launch day itself! Make sure to stay updated via email.

You can work using a car, various types of motorcycles, regular bicycles, electric bikes, and even an electric scooter!

We’ve reduced the number of required documents, and from now on you only need to present an Israeli ID card or passport, a driver’s license or theory certificate (depending on the type of vehicle), and a copy of a check or bank account confirmation.
